Help the Kaz orphans

No news on the adoption front yet but I wanted to share with you a way that you could help the orphans left in Kazakhstan by contributing to a worthwhile cause.
See the letter below from "Two Hearts for Hope"

Dear Supporters,

What if Two Hearts for Hope earned a penny every time you searched the Internet? Or how about if a percentage of every purchase you made online went to support our cause? Well, now it can!

GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up!

GoodShop.com is a new online shopping mall which donates up to 37 percent of each purchase to your favorite cause! Hundreds of great stores including Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you’ll be supporting your favorite cause.

Just go to www.goodsearch.com and be sure to enter Two Hearts for Hope (Lebanon, MO) as the charity you want to support. And, be sure to spread the word!

Blessings,
Kim and Stacy

Great idea! Thanks for sharing.

On another note, you asked about the weight limit for the baby carriers. In our research we found that most had a 20-25 lb limit (if I remember correctly). The Ergo, on the other hand, can handle up to 40 lbs. Not that most parents want to be carrying a 40 lb child, but it's good to have if the opportunity/need presents itself. Luckily Zoe is petite enough that we have a long way to go!

Hi Mary,
Thanks for the post on our blog. We love your thoughts around the importance of a home being filled with love. That is exactly how we feel, and we are hoping to keep things (and possessions) very simple around our house. Now if we could just get our friends and family to agree with that plan. HA! We will continue to follow your story and we will be cheering loudly in your comments section when you travel. We're also very happy to support Two Hearts for Hope! Keep blogging. We love to check in with you.
